Come enjoy a spectacular sunrise hot air balloon flight with CT Ballooning. Whether you to choose to fly over Connecticut or elsewhere in the Northeast, it will be an experience you will not soon forget.
     

Hot air balloon rides are scheduled daily at sunrise, weather permitting all year. Your entire balloon adventure will last between 3-4 hours, while your actual flight time is approximately 1 hour. During the flight, we'll travel between 3 and 15 miles depending on the wind speed and direction. We'll also vary our altitude from just a few hundred feet, to several thousand feet above the ground, giving you breathtaking views of the area.

Balloon baskets offer the best view in aviation by far. Combined with our use of various launch sites throughout Central Connecticut, you'll experience an array of sights including the Farmington River Valley, Connecticut River Valley, Long Island Sound, and mountain ranges in New York and Massachusetts. We realize this is probably your first ballooning experience and our goal is to make it unforgettable.

Once we land, our experienced chase crew will assist us in deflating and re-packing the balloon and return us to our starting point. Then, in keeping with a 200+ year tradition, we will celebrate our flight with a champagne and/or sparkling cider toast and refreshments.
